MARIVA CONCEPT Participates in MIPIM 2026 – Strengthening International Investment Partnerships
Cannes, March 11, 2026MARIVA CONCEPT was present at MIPIM 2026 in Cannes, one of the most influential international gatherings for real estate investors, developers, and financial institutions. Held at the Palais des Festivals from March 9 – 13, the event once again brought together the global real estate community to discuss capital flows, development strategies, and investment opportunities across Europe and beyond.
During the exhibition, MARIVA CONCEPT focused on strengthening relationships with developers, property owners, and international investment partners. Discussions centered primarily on residential development projects, income-generating properties, and portfolio opportunities across the Baltic region and selected Western European markets.
Particular attention was given to cross-border investment opportunities involving Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, which continue to attract growing interest from international buyers. At the same time, MARIVA CONCEPT remains actively connected to established property markets such as Switzerland, Monaco, and the South of France – regions that have long played an important role for international real estate investors.
Operating internationally with offices and representation in Vilnius, Monaco, and Geneva, MARIVA CONCEPT continues to position itself as a boutique platform connecting developers, property owners, and private investors across several European markets.
MIPIM once again proved to be an important environment for building strategic relationships and identifying new opportunities for cooperation. Numerous meetings with developers, investment groups, and market professionals confirmed the strong international interest in carefully structured real estate projects and long-term property investments.
