4. User Obligations
4.1 Users guarantee that all content they upload, post, or transmit via the Platform is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights.
4.2 Users shall refrain from any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.

5. Rights and Duties of the Platform Operator
5.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or parts thereof at any time without prior notice.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Vilnius.

Commercial users (e.g. real estate agents or companies) must comply with applicable business registration and licensing laws in their respective jurisdictions. MARIVA CONCEPT UAB assumes no responsibility for compliance checks.
