The FREE plan is designed for agencies or sellers who want to explore the platform or occasionally list a few properties. It allows up to 10 active listings, including one featured property. There are no monthly charges for this plan. However, if a lead generated through MARIVA CONCEPT results in a successful sale, a success fee applies, based on the transaction value. This fee starts at 0.50% for deals up to €10 million and decreases on a tiered scale for larger transactions.

Correct – as long as there is no sale resulting from a MARIVA CONCEPT lead, there are absolutely no charges. Only when a sale is successfully closed through our platform do we apply a success fee. This is 0.50% for deals up to €10M, 0.40% for sales between €10M and €50M, 0.30% for €50M to €100M, and just 0.20% for anything above €100M. This allows sellers to use the platform with zero upfront risk.

The PRO plan, at €85/month (plus VAT), is ideal for active agencies. It includes up to 250 listings and 25 featured placements. It also reduces success fees significantly, starting at just 0.25% and scaling down to 0.10%, depending on deal size.
The ELITE plan, priced at €295/month, offers full access with unlimited listings and unlimited featured properties. More importantly, there are no success fees for listings marked as “SIGNATURE.”
Finally, ELITE+ is our premium annual package at €2,478 per year (a 30% discount from ELITE’s monthly equivalent). It offers all the benefits of ELITE, with the added advantage of zero success fees for all deals – whether buyer-side or seller-side.

A success fee is a performance-based commission. It is only charged if a sale happens as a direct result of a lead generated on our platform. The fee is a small percentage of the final sale price. This only applies to FREE and PRO users. ELITE users are exempt on SIGNATURE listings, while ELITE+ members are entirely free from success fees, regardless of the transaction source.

Yes, but with a distinction. ELITE users pay no success fees on SIGNATURE-tagged listings (those actively promoted under this plan). However, if a buyer comes from MARIVA CONCEPT for a listing not marked as SIGNATURE, some fees may still apply. ELITE+ members, on the other hand, are entirely exempt from success fees across all deals, making it the most cost-efficient plan for high-volume or luxury-focused agencies.

Featured Listings are highlighted properties shown more prominently across the homepage, search results, and selected curated collections. This feature significantly increases exposure, drives more qualified leads, and helps premium properties stand out to crypto and gold-based investors – especially valuable in a global digital marketplace.

Yes – and this is one of MARIVA CONCEPT’s core innovations. You can list your properties in fiat (EUR), in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), or in gold-backed tokens like XAUT and PAXG. This feature is available across all membership tiers and helps attract a new generation of investors.

No, there are no limits on the number of images per listing, regardless of your plan. We encourage high-quality, well-edited visuals to ensure your properties look their best and maintain the platform’s overall aesthetic and standard.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any point, and the change will take effect immediately. If you want to downgrade, the new plan will begin after the current billing cycle ends. The ELITE+ plan is billed annually and non-refundable due to the applied discount.

No – all pricing is listed exclusive of VAT. As we operate from Lithuania, a 21% VAT applies unless you’re an EU business with a valid VAT ID or based outside the EU. In those cases, reverse charge or exemption rules apply according to EU digital services regulations.

PRO and ELITE plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid month. ELITE+ is annual, paid upfront, and non-cancellable mid-term due to the discounted rate. You can manage your subscription directly from your dashboard.
