Independent Advisors operate autonomously while being connected to MARIVA CONCEPT’s international positioning, client base, and cross-border structure.

Who This Role Is For


Independent Advisors typically have:

  • experience in real estate brokerage, investment advisory, or related fields
  • an existing client network or access to qualified buyers
  • the ability to work independently and responsibly
  • an interest in international clients and cross-border transactions
This model is designed for professionals who already understand the market and want to elevate the quality of their work – not increase volume.

How Cooperation Works


Independent Advisors may:

  • introduce qualified clients or projects
  • support local coordination where relevant
  • act as market-specific contact persons
  • participate in transactions on a project basis
Each cooperation is defined individually, depending on the market, project type, and role in the transaction. There is no obligation to push listings or represent projects that do not align with your professional standards.
