We are seeking an Relationship and Listing Coordinator to establish enduring, trust-based connections with our online user data base.
The Coordinator will serve as the initial point of contact for new online users, oversee the profiles of our current registered users,
evaluate new listings, and cultivate additional business opportunities from our existing user pool.
What does a Relationship and Listing Coordinator do?
The Relationship and Listing Coordinator plays a vital role in nurturing and managing connections with our registered users and overseeing all property listing data within our platform.
This role involves maintaining and enhancing our existing user relationships to ensure their ongoing engagement with our services.
Daily responsibilities encompass the upkeep and enhancement of our in-house property listing systems, user and property listing approvals, meticulous management of our property database, and ongoing updates.
The Relationship and Listing Coordinator strives to grasp customer needs, strategizes ways to fulfill these requirements, and contributes to the company’s sales growth.
This role also involves gathering and implementing suggestions for continuous improvement.
Ultimately, a successful Relationship and Listing Coordinator collaborates closely with our transaction team to achieve targets while ensuring enduring client satisfaction and product engagement.
Responsibilities
As the primary contact for customer account management, you will take the lead in nurturing and sustaining robust, enduring client relationships.
Your key responsibilities include ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of our online solutions in alignment with customer requirements and goals.
You’ll also be responsible for transparently communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you will explore new business prospects within our existing client data base and pinpoint areas for enhancement to meet sales targets.
Working in close collaboration with our transaction team, you will proactively uncover and cultivate opportunities within your designated territory.
Moreover, your role will involve providing support for demanding client requests and managing issue escalations when necessary.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience in project management or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Self-motivated and highly detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
- Prior experience with other real estate technology is a plus.
- Any relevant certifications or licenses in the real estate industry would be advantageous.
