Alexander Wolf has more than 15 years of experience in European real estate, with professional background in Germany, Switzerland, Monaco, and the Baltic region.

Throughout his career, he has worked with private buyers, investors, and partners across different markets and property types. This international perspective shapes the way MARIVA CONCEPT operates today: focused, realistic, and market-driven.

MARIVA CONCEPT was founded to create a clear alternative to traditional brokerage models – less volume, more structure; fewer promises, more substance.

MARIVA Real Estate Ltd. became MARIVA CONCEPT, marking a refined evolution of the brand. While continuing operations on the Côte d’Azur and in Switzerland, we expanded into Monaco, opening a new branch and curating exclusive luxury properties in one of the world’s most prestigious markets.
