MARIVA CONCEPT began as a privately structured real estate service focused on select transactions along the Côte d’Azur.

The company was founded by Alexander Wolf, whose professional path in European real estate spans over 15 years, covering portfolio management, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. Early work included residential placements and investment advisory for private clients in Monaco, Geneva, and Zurich.

Over time, the company evolved from a discreet consultancy into a broader platform with international scope. While maintaining a strong presence in Western Europe, MARIVA CONCEPT expanded its operations into the Baltic region – driven by market potential and strategic diversification.

Today, the company operates from three locations – Vilnius, Geneva, and Monaco – and provides structured real estate services to clients across the EU.

Its activities span direct brokerage, cross-border investment support, and a platform infrastructure for partner agents and agencies. The guiding principle remains unchanged: clarity, discretion, and practical expertise in every transaction.
