If you’re fluent in Lithuanian, proficient in English, and have a drive to succeed, we’d love to hear from you! With your expertise, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting clients with premium properties and growing our presence in the Lithuanian market.

What does a Broker at MARIVA CONCEPT do?

As a Broker in Lithuania, you’ll be responsible for showcasing our exclusive portfolio of luxury properties and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients. You’ll identify potential buyers, assist in property sales, and deliver an exceptional experience that reflects the premium nature of the MARIVA CONCEPT brand.

Your role will involve conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing expert guidance to clients in their property investment journey. You’ll also stay up to date with market trends, providing valuable insights to ensure the best deals for your clients.

Responsibilities
  • Represent MARIVA CONCEPT in Lithuania, building strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the Lithuanian real estate market, staying informed on trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Conduct private property viewings, facilitate negotiations, and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to potential buyers and sellers, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our international team to access exclusive off-market listings and provide clients with the best opportunities.
  • Manage client communications, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Age 18+
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (Russian or other languages are a bonus).
  • Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory — a strong passion for sales and luxury properties is essential.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the local property market, or a willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
